Position Summary...

The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights – Fraud Rules will coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The manager will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, deliver customer service and reporting, provide market insights, manage processes across different areas of the business, handle customer requests, and provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies.

• Advise on next steps and propose improvements.

• Promote the application of insights for decision-making.

Manage Processes:

• Support training and verify documentation.

• Manage key processes and controls.

Customer Requests and Needs:

• Utilize analytical tools for data reporting.

• Analyze delivery methods and identify solutions.

Data-Driven Analysis and Insights:

• Evaluate analytical needs and report insights.

• Collaborate with partners for data-driven strategies.

• Provide expert advice on best practices.
