Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. What you'll do

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-minded Lead Data Scientist to be the data science powerhouse behind DocuSign’s transformation from Sales-Led to Self-Serve-Led growth for SMBs. Partnering closely with a cross-functional squad - including Growth Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success - you will expand our self-serve engine to reach and grow Docusign customers through a seamless omni-channel experience.
