Job Description

The BDR Team Lead will play a critical role in leading and supporting a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) in driving revenue growth for IFS. This individual will be responsible for ADR (Account Development Representative) enablement, providing situational support, ADR training, supporting ADR campaign execution, and driving net new and forecasted opportunities through to pipeline (1%, 10%... to win). The Team Lead will also play a key role in account strategy and tactics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • ADR Enablement: 
  • Support regional training programs to enhance ADR skills, including knowledge and use of existing technologies & CRM, prospecting techniques, objection handling, and value proposition communication.  
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ADRs to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness. 
  • Supporting New Hires: 
  • Assist in onboarding new ADRs by providing training, resources, and guidance to accelerate their ramp-up period… including prospecting tools such as CRM, Outreach, DemandBase, etc. 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to assess progress and address any challenges. 
  • ADR Campaign Support: 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns, including messaging, target audience segmentation, and follow-up strategies.\ 
  • Ensure ADRs are executing the ADR portion of marketing campaigns correctly and effectively.  
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization. 
  • Opportunities to SQLs: 
  • Work closely with ADRs to track and progress new and forecasted opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversion to 1%, 10% and wins. 
  • Provide guidance on lead qualification criteria and escalation processes. 
  • Situational Support: 
  • Act as a resource for ADRs, offering guidance on specific deals, objection handling, and other situational challenges. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel comfortable seeking advice and sharing insights. 
  • Escalate HR issues timely to HR and ADR Manager, keeping information confidential at all times.  
  • Back up ADR Manager as needed with meetings, reporting, coaching, etc.  
  • Account Strategy and Tactics: 
  • Provide input on tactics to maximize the effectiveness of ADR efforts within target accounts. 

Qualifications

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Proficient in sales tools and CRM (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, DemandBase, Sales Navigator) 
  • Analytical mindset for performance tracking and optimization 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
