Job Description
You will be assisting the Portfolio Management team under CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited in their day-to-day operations including budgeting, reporting and year-end reporting activities (e.g. annual report).
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Assist to carry out feasibility studies for new projects or initiatives
Provide support for preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
Provide support for preparation of portfolio strategy plan
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to work well independently and in a team
Detail-oriented and meticulous
