What You Will Do

The Pratt and Whitney Commercial Engines Engineering Maintenance Data and Services Engineering (MDSE) organization is seeking a summer intern who will be responsible for the research and development of Technical Publications to meet program level requirements for engine sustainment activities for various PurePower engine programs.

With guidance of the Team Lead, you will be responsible for

• researching and interpreting technical data
• executing the authoring of Technical Publications in accordance with the S1000D industry specification
• defining Technical Publications as it pertains to authoring and publishing in to an Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP)
• coordinating with customers and suppliers
• responsibilities for the delivery of Technical Publications

Qualifications You Must Have

• Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or a related field

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
