SUMMARYThe IT Business Analyst will support our BaanERP, BaanIV and InforLN applications. The main responsibility will be to work with business customers to understand requirements and then set up our BaanERP, BaanIV and InforLN applications to meet those requirements. Including responsibility for participating in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the functional areas of application packages. Individuals also assist in collaborating with company customers, staff, IT and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options. They assist in assessing business objectives and design business processes for objectives in such a way that they may be effectively modeled, configured and measured within the package application environment. Individuals assist in communicating application package capabilities and possibilities to designated functional areas, while seeking ways to collaborate with IT members to facilitate transition to and support of the application package
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with business analysis and process design in one or more functional areas (finance, accounting, sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) within the enterprise in the analysis, and redesign of application package functions and processes
• Assist in specifying and validating reporting universes. Assist in specifying, developing, and validating low to medium complexity business reports
