The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for regularly answering calls and e-mail requests for quotations from customers. The role is focused on accurate quoting and guidance for that customer inquiry. The requests for quotation are screened by this associate for further sales potential and escalated to the sales team where appropriate. In addition, this position is to provide quality service and support to the NA Sales team to increase company profits and gain market share

This position is part of the Sales Support and Andministration team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site. This role will be Monday to Friday, from 6.30AM to 3PM

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from external customers requesting quotes.

• Create Opportunities based on customer requests for the sales team.

• Assist customers in figuring out product needs and provide advanced assistance on products.

• Prepare and process quotes, with accurate and timely completion of requests from the sales team (and external customers) to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM.

• Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.) and assist in resolving customer complaints and problems.

• Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders, and billings

The essential requirements of the job include

• A High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience.

• Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a “customer-centered” attitude.

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities.

• Ability to work in multiple systems throughout the day (Salesforce/CPQ, Oracle, Quote Tool, Finesse)
