Requirements and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to gather and document requirements for BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support data modelling, ETL mapping, and reporting development to meet financial services requirements.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy in reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the design and optimization of SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Retail Banking processes, financial data flows, and compliance needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
What You’ll Bring
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, architecture, and design patterns.
• Proven experience in the Retail Banking domain.
• Ability to capture and analyze business requirements, and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with exposure to BI/Analytics or data-driven projects.
