Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist - Mayo Clinic Platform

The Senior Specialist for Domestic/MCP contributes to the execution of marketing and communications activities that promote MCP’s strategic goals. This role helps implement MCP marketing initiatives, assist with communications planning, and coordinate storytelling efforts that reflect Mayo Clinic’s mission and elevate the visibility of digital health collaborations.
 

•Assist in executing marketing and communication plans that support MCP’s strategic objectives and partnerships, including go-to-market efforts, pilots, and launches. •Support the customization of messaging, creative materials, and campaign assets to align with audience-specific needs and ensure brand consistency. •Contribute to partner and member acquisition marketing efforts, including support for retention programs and promotional activities. •Coordinate across teams to help align efforts with broader AI, platform, automation, and digital communication strategies. •Support the review and preparation of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and co-branded campaign requirements. •Help develop and maintain content such as use cases, success stories, sales collateral, and partner communications, in coordination with content and media colleagues. •Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development and AI/Automation to support project timelines and shared communication objectives.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity, simplifies messages, and aligns with organizational strategy. Knowledge of channels for communication and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies.
