Job Duties

We are a support system for the Career agents. You will join a team of Associates tasked with making sure that applications are manually entered and validated correctly. You will be responsible for making sure that certain deadlines are met and giving status to agents when needed.

Job Specific Duties

  • Data entry
  • Become familiar with the operating procedures of your assigned lines of business
  • Answer email inquiries, requesting necessary information
  • Inbound calls
  • Update case status per Carrier emails; cancellations, declinations, address changes etc.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain & meet goals in our new metric system – Enlighten
  • Work as needed alongside our internal departments.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Great attention to deal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Good organizational & documentation skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Work well with a team as well as individually
  • Ability to meet deadlines, process documents and information in a timely, efficient manner
  • Ability and willingness to cross train to assist others in times of need

Full time position: 40 hrs/week with overtime opportunities

Starting Pay: 15.00 – 15.50

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, Fridays 7:30 am to 2pm

Hybrid schedule option after training is completed.
