Quality Lead: Are you an individual who can coordinate the execution of quality processes and monitor effectiveness through KPI’s? The Quality Lead position requires strong process competencies with a wide variety of experience in change management, operational analysis, and business process improvement. About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Perform duties in accordance with related quality regulations.
  • Perform work in accordance with fire-, accident-, and work safety regulations.
  • Update charts on team boards.
  • Participate in training.
  • Clean and organize tools and equipment.
  • Prepare quality documentation.
  • Participate in weekly in-house quality inspections and audits by planning and conducting audits, preparing reports, and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly external customer audits.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • Experience in quality within a supply chain/logistics environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Conform to the processes and requirements of our integrated management system.
  • Achieve effectiveness of our integrated management system by following the Quality Policy and meeting company objectives.

  • Work to be compliant with the company environmental, health and safety standards and rules
