About the role
Summary
A Research Assistant position is available in the laboratory of Hongjie Li in the Huffington Center on Aging and Department of Molecular and Human Genetics. Hongjie Li’s research focus on developing and applying multi-omics technologies to study aging and age-related diseases. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in bioinformatics.
Job Duties
- Lead projects on aging or age-related diseases using single-cell multi-omics
- Perform data analysis for single-cell RNAseq, single-cell ATAC-seq
- Develop single-cell sequencing technologies
- Conduct collaborative projects
- Write and publish findings
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
