About the role

As Senior HVAC Service Manager, you will lead maintenance and service execution for large-scale mechanical and cooling systems supporting mission-critical operations. This role focuses on service reliability, MTTR reduction, and lifecycle performance, not mechanical design.  This role oversees ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines and implements strategies aligned with Oracle processes and industry standards. Oversees site selection and assessment activities across programs or regions. Leads cross-functional design and commissioning review efforts. Partners with key stakeholders to remove blockers and provides recommendations, solutions, and resources to met operational requirements and specifications. Provides guidance to teams on the administration of contracts and reviews policy documents to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Oversees the proposal review process of maintenance plans and escalates/shares findings with senior leaders for approval. Leads the development of training programs for newer team members, ensuring they align with team goals.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead multi-site HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle service programs.  
  • Manage vendor, contractor, and in-house service teams; enforce SLAs and quality expectations.  
  • Track system health, energy performance, and predictive maintenance effectiveness.  
  • Own safety, regulatory compliance, and technician training programs.  
  • Support capacity changes, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Ideal Candidate Profile  

  • Senior HVAC service leadership experience in data centers, industrial, healthcare, or other uptime-critical environments.  
  • Strong understanding of advanced cooling technologies, automation interfaces, and energy optimization. 

Skills and Competencies  

  • Strong crisis management and vendor leadership.  
  • Proven ability to improve service reliability and execution discipline.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
