Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Account Executive to join our team and drive physician partner development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our rapid growth and make a significant change to the future of healthcare.
Compensation Band: $80-90K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Execute the strategic plan created by leadership to establish partnerships with key healthcare organizations, providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential physician partners, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Actively engage with partner organizations, understanding their pain points and presenting our value proposition effectively to influence partnership decisions.
- Work with Brook’s Clinic Success team to ensure that partners are receiving the attention and quality of support required to successfully deliver Brook’s products to their patients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of partner initiatives.
- Drive partner engagement and retention by providing exceptional support and ensuring partners' expectations are met.
- Track and report key metrics and success factors related to partner development efforts, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to anticipate and address partner needs proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred OR 5+ years experience in remote patient monitoring sales.
- 5+ years sales experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Western New York healthcare landscape, including familiarity with healthcare providers, payors, and local industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets and deliverables.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, often changing startup environment.
- Ability to build and present powerpoint presentations to both small and large audiences.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot preferred, and other office tech tools.
