Senior Compensation Analyst

Salary: $86,620 - $139,460

Location: 955 Powell Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057

This position will be hybrid, a combination of onsite two days per week, and the remainder on a remote basis. Possibility in the future for moving to fully remote.

We're looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage our compensation programs. You'll work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure our compensation strategies align with our business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine competitive compensation packages.
• Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation guidelines.
• Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and management to address compensation-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
