Join us in our inclusive workplace where you will be appreciated, and you can grow and achieve your potential. <b>Help us shape the future!</b><br/>With Us You Will<br/>- Actively participating in all Scrum ceremonies, including Grooming, Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives with the Scrum teams as required.- Engaging in the validation of sites/apps at various stages, such as pre-release and post-release, under different platform/network conditions.- Conducting exploratory testing on sites using diverse strategies as recommended by the QA lead.- Assisting the QA team by conducting investigations needed from the development side within the EU time zone.- Documenting and sharing discovered bugs with the QA lead/team.- Supporting and coordinating with the QA team on the debugging of the issues (Eg: checking network, console logs). Additional Considerations<br/>- An exemplary candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, the ability to adapt to rapid changes in technology, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the QA field.- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, enabling the QA Engineer to work effectively with development, design, and product management teams to ensure high-quality product outcomes.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications What We Expect From You<br/>- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or comparable experience.- 3-5+ years of experience in the Web development/Quality Assurance domain, focusing on Web/Native applications.- Proficiency in browser/UX principles, including the use of debugging tools, identifying console errors, and interpreting network responses.- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin language for developing and understanding test cases/scripts.- In-depth knowledge of Test Management tools like Q-Test, HP ALM, and Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence.- Understanding of query languages like JQL for report management.- Acquaintance with Software Testing Techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table Testing, Test Execution Optimization Techniques, and Risk-Based Testing.- Familiarity with automation, including the ability to write scripts in Selenium or CodeceptJS with Cucumber, is an added advantage.- Essential soft skills include proactiveness, the ability to multitask, strong communication skills, and ownership at the product level to identify and report bugs, regardless of feature development stages.- Can speak English and Hungarian fluently. <b>What we offer</b><br/>- An exceptional compensation package- Your health is our wealth: We will offer you a private health insurance and an AYCM sportspass- Cafeteria benefit (gross <a href="http://500.000">500.000</a> Ft / year)- The opportunity to see your work directly contribute to the success of the company- When you grow, we grow: You have the chance to attend events, meetups, and other perks for your professional growth- You’re joining the #ByborgSquad and you are going to look the part!
