Job Summary: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator’s primary function is to expand the Adapt For Life brand, mission and purpose. This leadership position focuses on the AFL presence on all marketing platforms, in addition to in person events, for all 12+ clinics. Marketing and Outreach Coordinator should be familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis to utilize as marketing and branding tactics. This is a salary non-exempt position. Must be flexible on responsibilities and collaboration of tasks with leadership and individual clinics.

  1. Collaborate with Operations and Clinical leadership on ideas for branding 
  2. Create marketing and branding materials as needed 
  3. Videos, content, pictures, graphics, etc. 
  4. Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment  
  5. Organize and support clinic and personnel recognitions  
  6. BCBA/OM/Promotion recognition and bio's on social media 
  7. Organize and attending events for marketing 
  8. Organize and owning a Monthly Parent newsletter 
  9. Organize Parent Surveys 
  10. Targeted recruiting/enrollment campaigns across social media for specific clinics 
  11. Manage website updates as necessary 
  12. Organize and owning marketing supply and apparel needs for all clinics 
  13. Creating and Manage Welcome Kits based on clinic needs  
  14. New Hire Welcome Kits 
  15. Parent Welcome Kits 
  16. Manage Google Business Page for all clinics 
  17. Manage and driving google and indeed reviews 
  18. Manage Social Media posts weekly including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram 
  19. Tasks as assigned by leadership 


Requirements
  1. Must be able to confidently work with and be tolerant of individuals who display problem behaviors of varying intensity including but not limited to physical aggression, self-injurious behavior, and property destruction
  2. Must have compassion for individuals with various disabilities 
  3. Must have clean criminal background checks and a clean driving record 
  4. Must be available to work Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm
  5. Must demonstrate excellent time-management, organization, punctuality, and reliability 
  6. Must be flexible with day-to-day responsibilities and have the ability to transition quickly from one activity to another
