Keiser Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Territory Manager to join our team.
As a Territory Manager with Keiser Corporation, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our industry in our ever-changing landscape. The hardworking diverse leaders we seek are responsible for handling an assigned sales territory, seeking $6 million in annual revenue, comprised of approximately 6 distinct markets. Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:
- Handle sales within a given geography
- Consult, advise and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business
- Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning
- Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
- Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences
- Confidently discuss options and close contracts
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build client base
- Participate in company-led events
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
- A current, valid driver's license, a clean driving record
- Because Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years. Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will be an immediate disqualifier for the position.
- You must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
