Salesforce Developer

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Location: Remote</strong></span></p> <p>Storable is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing buildout, optimization, and scalability of our Go-To-Market (GTM) and post-sales systems. This role will focus on developing high-quality Salesforce solutions—including Apex, Flows, LWC, and system configurations—that enable efficient processes, reliable data, and seamless cross-system operations.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical builder with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, an eye for scalable design, and the drive to translate business needs into high-impact system functionality. While technical skills take priority, the role also requires clear communication and close collaboration with stakeholders and the Business Operations team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Salesforce Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components.</li> <li>Develop Salesforce Flows and automation using best-practice patterns (e.g., bulkification, governor limit awareness).</li> <li>Implement and refine configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules).</li> <li>Support CPQ, integrations, and other platform extensions as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>System Architecture, Configuration, & Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in designing scalable data models and process automation structures.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of declarative and programmatic solutions that improve GTM efficiencies.</li> <li>Help maintain integration points between Salesforce and GTM systems (HubSpot, databases, APIs, Workato), escalating complex cases as needed.</li> <li>Ownership of delivery quality. Participate in code reviews, version control, and deployment processes (CI/CD).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with other developers, admins, analysts, and the Director of Business Operations to implement system enhancements.</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement iterative improvements.</li> <li>Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions with appropriate documentation.</li> <li>Provide technical support and guidance to admins and analysts when issues relate to code-driven functionality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and resolve Salesforce defects, automation
