Legal Manager, Vietnam胡志明市社招全职职位 ID：A229037职位描述- Provide legal advice and handle legal matters relating to sales, marketing, after sales operations, logistic, product compliances, HR, admin and internal support functions - Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on Xiaomi Vietnam business - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts - Review marketing material and retail marketing campaigns - Communicate and liaise with regulatory and/or local authorities - Handle legal disputes and consumer claims, including manage external counsels职位要求- Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university - Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE in Vietnam - Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese (written and oral), cross-cultural skills and interpersonal skills.
