A Day in the Life:

As an Associate on our Production Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and delivery processes for our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, you will often act as the main point of contact, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and categories (knits, wovens, sweaters), as well as external vendors. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring the production cycle from purchase order placement to warehouse receipt for assigned vendors, ensuring timely and efficient handling of large-scale, fast-moving seasonal production. You will articulate timelines, requirements, and execution details to various teams, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to lead efficiently within a dynamic environment.

To Land This Role:

• Exceptional project management skills.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion product management, production, or project management preferred (experience in garment production highly preferred)
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and skilled in problem-solving and fostering collaboration.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with purchasing systems and PLM preferred; SAP experience ideal.
• Flexible, able to support change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates reliability and follow-through.
