Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated go-getter who wants to make a real difference in sales and marketing. In this role, you’ll team up with our Sales Manager and General Manager to drive leads, grow opportunities, and keep things moving in the Atlanta market. You’ll be hands-on with marketing campaigns, events, and the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes our sales team shine. You’ll also get the chance to work on a variety of projects that will help you build new skills and sharpen your toolkit. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- When in a showroom, serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom, including assisting the clients with signing our guestbook and offering refreshments as necessary.
- Responsible for lead management in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, using CRM.
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls & emails to either the local scheduling office or local showrooms and address client needs.
- Updating the local marketing including showroom hours on the website, social media, Yelp and Google reviews.
- Updating and maintaining Design Consultant bios on the website.
- Running and distributing weekly reports for rescheduled consults, open status jobs, and “pending” client lists.
- Collaborating with Design Consultants to follow up on the “pending” client lists.
- Sending out “client anniversary” marketing campaigns.
- Will assign Trade Partners for the Trade program.
- Managing “Digideck / Hepburn” activities including local photos and keeping the “offer list current based on market.
- Responsible for sales administrative duties including, online social media support, warranty, trade packages, additional sales support (add-ons), and other clerical responsibilities.
- When in the showroom, maintains the showroom at the direction of their leader in accordance with the maintenance and cleanliness checklist. This includes opening and closing of the Showroom duties.
- Tracking and maintaining client traffic reports and distributing to leaders.
- Maintains an adequate supply of the Design Consultant and Showroom samples in the showroom at all times.
- Assists the Sales Manager with the ongoing education and training of the Design Consultants with Central Scheduling, as needed.
- Responsible for assisting General Manager and Sales Manager with any administrative needs that may arise.
- *Some locations may include CAD Design Support as part of this role including:
- Review and mentor Design Consultants in CAD and Design process, providing guidance
- Train new Design Consultants Advanced CAD Design with the assistance of the Sales Manager
- Weekly office hours and individual meetings with Design Consultants
- Heavy focus with Design Consultants who’s defect rate is higher than 30%.
- Support team and sales manager with product training as needed, may included CAD/Design presentation in monthly Sales Meetings.

Competencies:
- Decisions will affect others within the functional area.
- Understanding a range of routine work procedures and their impacts on internal and external work areas, requiring a longer period of job training.

- Requires the ability to elaborate on routine information and ensure understanding.
