  • 10 years of experience working in product strategy, product management, business strategy, marketing strategy, sales, or sales operations roles.
  • 5 years of experience building teams and managing direct reports.
  • Experience in data-driven environments.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant functional area (e.g., business development, partnerships, sales, management consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations) at a technology or media/entertainment company.
  • Experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
  • Ability to reach distinct audiences effectively.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and analysis skills, with effective business acumen.
  • Excellent executive-level written/verbal communication skills.

About the job

As the Head of Strategy and Operations, you will play a leadership role for a team that sets the strategy and ensures flawless execution to enable and upskill promoters on the go-to-market strategy for Product and Solutions Activation (PSA). You will be responsible for crafting and setting the team’s priorities, and running business operations.

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from rich diagnostics and behavior measurement, project managing key cross-functional initiatives mapped to Google Customer Solutions (GCS) enablement efforts, to driving quarterly business reviews. You will partner internally with peer teams and with a range of central stakeholders including Sales Mastery, PSA Strategy and Operations, Business Strategy and Operations (RSO) to ensure seamless, comprehensive, and holistic enablement of our business initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Design and lead key business operations and processes to enable GCS Seller Success leadership to operate efficiently, set the business to deliver against its priorities, and represent Seller Success within PSA/GCS and Google.
  • Lead a team of Program Managers and Data Analyst that serve as the primary internal business partner, with diagnostics and measurement to three functional areas: Solutioning Content, Global and Regional Activation, Product Enablement and Workflows.
  • Drive accountability with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure GCS led initiatives are aligned and have maximum impact.
