Position Title: Senior Database Administrator

Base Salary: $118,000 to $168,0002 annually DOE

Job Summary

The Senior Database Administrator will build and maintain the company's database by identifying structural and installation solutions. This position will work with database administrators and analysts to secure easy access to company data.

Database Security, Access, and Compliance

· Ensure database security and authentication.

· Design and implement least privilege and encryption on all databases

· Develop and enforce database documentation standards.

Availability, Recovery, and Infrastructure Management

· Manage and implement database replication and high availability.

· Maintain and improve existing backup and data recovery environment.

· Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
