. NET Software Engineer ( CRM, Data & AI)

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will join Schibsted’s CRM team a highly collaborative, cross-functional group working on Dynamics 365, customer data integrations, and automation solutions that power sales, service, and marketing across Schibsted Media. The team values curiosity, ownership, and open dialogue, creating an environment where engineers can explore new technologies, challenge existing assumptions, and deliver meaningful impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a mid-level Software Engineer who enjoys working across cloud, backend, and data-oriented solutions — and is motivated by experimentation with LLMs, automation, and AI-driven tooling.
You will contribute to shaping Schibsted’s CRM and customer data ecosystem, building integrations, automations, and intelligent workflows used across multiple business functions.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain integrations and automations across CRM, data platforms, and analytics tools
• Experiment with LLM-based tools and AI applications to enhance business workflows
• Design and customize components in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to support Power BI and reporting solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git
• Help build the future of customer data, segmentation, and automated communication

ABOUT YOU

You have:

• Solid experience with backend development in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS
• Understanding of distributed systems
• Curiosity and practical experience working with LLMs, automation, or AI tools
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

It’s great if you also have:

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Snowflake, data pipelines, or customer data platforms
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, Azure Developer, Solution Architect)

We work in a hybrid way and would like to catch up with you at our vibrant and colourful office in Kraków 2 days per week. This allows for collaboration and meaningful connections with the team. If you’re not the working-from-home kind of person, you are of course welcome in our office every day!
