Dental Assistant (RDA)

Memphis Endodontics is excited to open our brand-new location in Arlington, TN, this summer. We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. 

This position will train at our East Memphis office near Gibson’s Donuts for a few months before transitioning permanently to the Arlington location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures.
• Greet and accompany patients to ensure comfort and reassurance.
• Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments while preparing treatment rooms.
• Capture dental X-rays and other scans as needed.
• Enter and complete patient chart notes and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks requiring computer proficiency and use of dental software. 

Requirements

• 1+ years of Dental Assistant experience is preferred.
• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant; certification or an associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program is a plus.
• X-ray and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certifications required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
