As a Project Manager III, you will be within PNC's Risk, Change, Experience, & Strategy (RCES) organization, supporting the First Line of Defense (1LOD) Change Management team. You will be responsible for managing projects for the Asset Management Group (AMG), Retail & Corporate & Institutional Banking functions.As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for leading projects or supporting programs consistent with PNC's risk and change governance principles. You will require strong facilitation, communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will use a variety of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile and hybrid) and systems to complete projects according to governance and operating standards. PowerPoint experience is preferred for presentations.

• Leads and / or supports projects as defined by role
• Responsible for gathering information and requirements from multiple stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that align with business needs and expectations
• Provides guidance on testing strategy, and develops and maintains all testing plans and artifacts including requirements, scripts, and defect logs
• Adheres to corporate project methodology standards throughout project lifecycle
Job Description
- Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, project size may be greater than $2.5m.
- Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and support of project management team.
- Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.
- Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.
- Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
