We are looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Wellington Office to provide quality administrative assistance to our Legal Team.

This is a permanent, full time postion. 

About the Role:
As the Legal Administrator you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of sales applications for sale of occupation rights at Summerset Villages. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a professional and friendly point of contact for lawyers of potential Summerset Residents
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationship with a variety of stakeholders
  • Responding to day-to-day queries from business partners regarding settlement processes
  • Maintaining up to date database input of customer details during the settlement process

To be successful in this role you will bring: 

  • A positive 'can do' attitude with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience working as an Administrator, preferably in a legal setting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A team-player mindset
  • Good understanding of numbers
