Shift Availability for Development Associate:
- Full-Time Mon-Fri Days
- Some schedule flexibility depending upon special events

Responsibilities of Development Associate:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing fund development program.
- Identifying and cultivating major individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
- Establishing monthly and planned giving program.
- Managing the annual fundraising calendar of activities, including the appeal cycle, newsletter, acknowledgement process.
- Process donations and prepare acknowledgement letters.
- Perform data entry and help track donations database.

Requirements
Qualifications of Development Associate:
- Experience in sales and development, preferably in senior living industry.
- Demonstrated success in tracking fundraising metrics and donor data to make strategic decisions.
- Working with a Board of Directors and senior management to leverage networks, secure sponsorships, and engage them in donor relationship management.
- Fund Raising Executive certification preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing and communications.
