THE JOB:  

As a Spa and Salon Supervisor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your commitment to ensuring efficient daily operations, and dedication to promptly resolve guest concerns, fosters a welcoming atmosphere for guests that lays the foundation for unforgettable memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

STARTING PAY RATE:  $20

SCHEDULE:  Full Time

Hours of Operation

Mon - Sun: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

• Assist in leading the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training, updating work schedules, Salon inventory and ordering, and upholding rules and regulations for all Spa & Salon staff

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

• Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience consistent with the company’s service standards

• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities

• Assist with inputting receptionist and attendant hours into eventions in preparation of payroll

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Assist with operational support by providing coverage for attendants, or spa receptionists as needed

• When providing operational support for attendants, maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, presentable and in sanitary conditions in alignment with luxury standards

• When providing operational support for receptionist, assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

• Is knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services

• Has software experience and is knowledgeable in navigating Zenoti, Oracle, UKG, Eventions, Workday, and Sailpoint

• Currently holds or is able to obtain both a Food Handler’s Card and TAM card

• Has a flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays 

• Has a passion for wellness, and selfcare

• Has previous leadership experience

• Is dependable and service-focused
