This position combines strong technical expertise with effective communication skills, as you will collaborate with international teams and support critical infrastructure for global clients.</span><h2><b>YOUR TASKS</b></h2> <ul> <li><span>Administer and optimize Windows Server infrastructure, including patch management and security updates (vulnerability management, hardening)</span></li> <li><span>Manage VMware virtual machines in vSphere and maintain physical servers</span></li> <li><span>Automate system processes using PowerShell scripting</span></li> <li><span>Perform system health checks and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance</span></li> <li><span>Handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests (SR), ensuring compliance with client requirements</span></li> <li><span>Maintain documentation, including runbooks and transition files for operational handover</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with various teams and specialists such as Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers, and engineers on both Capgemini and customer sides</span></li> </ul><h2><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></h2> <ul> <li><span>Proven experience in administering Windows Server infrastructure</span></li> <li><span>Hands-on experience with Microsoft services (Active Directory, Update Services)</span></li> <li><span>Ability to create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell</span></li> <li><span>Experience in managing VMware virtual machines in vSphere</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of managing physical servers (Cisco, HP)</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Configuration Manager</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of Windows Server security (vulnerability management, hardening)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of DFS</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Microsoft Azure</span></li> <li><span>German language skills at a communicative level (B1+)</span></li> </ul><h2><b>WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><strong>Well-being culture:</strong> medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
