Financial Analyst

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p class="p1">The Financial Analyst plays a key role in global financial planning and analysis, including budgeting,&nbsp;forecasting, reporting and financial modeling. This role partners closely with internal departments and&nbsp;international subsidiaries to deliver insights that inform business decisions and drive financial results, with&nbsp;an emphasis on the International Distributor channel.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <p>Description</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Works with department leadership to plan, execute, and analyze the global forecasting process for International Distributors, including long-range plan, budget, forecasts, guidance, and monthly reporting.</li> <li class="p1">Produce monthly management reporting packages, dashboards and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, translating&nbsp;complex data into actionable insights.</li> <li class="p1">Researches and answers questions and recommends solutions to problems.</li> <li class="p1">Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, historical data, and market trends.</li> <li class="p1">Partner across functions and global subsidiaries to assess financial impacts and inform decision-making.</li> <li class="p1">Build and maintain financial models, analyses, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and assessments.</li> <li class="p1">Maintain the Adaptive Planning system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting needs, and assisting users with system functionality and issue&nbsp;resolution.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><em>Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></em><em>responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
