Support our Coatings (EC) Production team in Greenville, Ohio, where you’ll partner with Site Leadership to drive a vibrant workplace culture. In this dynamic position, you’ll divide your time between serving as the People and Culture Business Partner for Greenville (60%) and engaging in exciting global initiatives (40%) alongside the Global People and Culture Business Partner for Production.
You’ll connect with employees daily, drive impactful HR strategies, and support site leadership. This is your opportunity to make a real impact! By actively engaging with employees on-site, you’ll foster a culture of engagement, create a positive work environment, and enhance awareness of key topics that promote a sense of value and belonging.
Supporting the Global People and Culture Business Partner for Production, you’ll be engaged in dynamic projects from cultural initiatives to strategic change management. Your abilities will facilitate implementations across the globe.

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you create chemistry by...
- Inspiring a culture of engagement: By being present on the site and engaging with employees daily, you'll have the chance to create a positive work environment, increase awareness of important topics, and foster a sense of value and belonging.
- Driving strategic direction: Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing a strategic plan to enhance employee engagement. You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the organization, improve working conditions, and create a workplace where employees thrive.
- Serving as a trusted advisor: With your advanced knowledge of HR laws and practices, you'll ensure that all HR practices are implemented in a legally compliant manner. You'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor, working closely with employees at all levels, including site leaders, to provide guidance and support.
- Making a positive impact on the employee experience: By addressing topics like working time, shift systems, and hourly pay, you'll contribute to creating a fair and balanced workplace. Your role as a liaison to various HR-related teams will allow you to streamline processes and ensure employees' needs are met effectively.
- Championing talent acquisition: You'll take the lead in coordinating local recruiting efforts, organizing open interview days, and leveraging talent/hiring websites to attract top talent. You'll have the opportunity to shape the organization's workforce and bring in diverse perspectives and skillsets.
- Shaping a positive employee culture: As you present HR policies and policy changes to employees, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a positive employee culture. You'll provide coaching and support to the site leadership team, guiding them in areas such as disciplinary actions, demand planning, leave of absence, and health management.
- Driving global excellence: Supporting cultural initiatives, strategic change management, and other globally-driven tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify initiatives, conduct research, analyze data, and implement plans for cultural change and strategic projects aligned with global objectives and supporting the Global People and Culture Business Partner for Production.
- In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with HR peers and colleagues within the organization and the wider North America region. Your agility, self-starting attitude, and proficiency in MS Suite and interest in low code or AI solutions will enable you to thrive and make a significant impact without close supervision.
