Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, you'll be part of leading the charge in using technology to modernize Wavemaker's clients and deliver exceptional service. You'll Be Responsible For:

Strategy and Planning: 

• Assessing Wavemaker's clients current digital maturity and drive processes to drive clients maturity forward.
• Developing comprehensive digital strategies that aligns with the overall business goals of our clients.
• Staying updated on the latest digital trends and technologies to see what can benefit the company and their clients.

Leadership and Implementation: 

• Overseeing the implementation of the digital transformation journey for our clients, which may involve various departments and projects.
• Convincing and guiding our clients’ management teams on the importance of digital transformation initiatives.
• Managing digital transformation projects for our clients with the assistance of internal specialists from across the GroupM agencies.

Communication and Change Management: 

• Encouraging a company culture that embraces digital transformation.
• Communicating the vision and benefits of digital transformation to all staff levels.

You'll Be Measured By:
 Execution & Delivery:

• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions and platforms for our clients and ensure that all projects track progress, measure results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Excellence: Delivering digitization projects that meet deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Technology Adoption: Driving the adoption of digital technologies to achieve objectives.

You Are: 

• A self-starter who has a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects.
• A strong leader with a positive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• Someone who is accustomed to working both at a strategic and a hands-on level with data to deliver business value.
• Adept at working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Skilled in commercial negotiations and managing third-party suppliers effectively.
• A proven leader with experience managing large and complex projects across an organization.
• An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• A sharp thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A strategic planner with the ability to execute on the roadmap.
