You will work closely with managers and team leads to support leadership initiatives, training programs, and strategic talent development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership training and development programs

• Facilitate workshops and team-building sessions for emerging leaders

• Support department heads with performance management tools and coaching strategies

• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with HR to align development programs with organizational goals

• Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives

Qualifications
