Job Description

The Collection/Cash App Clerk performs a wide variety of credit and collection functions

• reviews and monitors credit sources
• credit files
• customer applications and delinquent accounts
• obtains required information from credit organizations, banks and loan associations
• maintain records on credit risks
• delinquent accounts and incomplete files.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in economics
• Good Norwegian and English skills
• Good IT skills, especially Excel / Google Sheets
• High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
• Good collaboration & teamwork skills
• In addition, it is an advantage if you have relevant work experience with the use of various financial systems, as well as experience with customer contact.
