About the role

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team by managing customer-focused communications, operational tasks, and administrative responsibilities with a strong foundation in customer service. This role ensures seamless coordination of marketing initiatives while upholding LRS’ commitment to exceptional service, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Reports to:

VP Marketing & Customer Service


  • Manage and respond to Better Business Bureau (BBB) reviews as well as draft responses for Attorney General inquiries with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage service-related social media responses to maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Cody editing and review of content for accurate grammar and brand consistency.
  • Support marketing team with drafted customer and internal communications.
  • Order and manage distribution of operations manuals (Drivers Vehicle Inspection Report books) for field teams.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of business cards for employees.
  • Manage swag inventory, including ordering, distribution, and tracking.
  • Provide logistical support for sales events, including shipping marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Perform other tasks as required or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear, both in person and by phone or web meetings.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to read and interpret data on a computer screen or printed documents.
  • Work is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels, in a climate-controlled environment with heating and air conditioning.
  • Potential for remote work or hybrid work arrangement.

Travel Required:

Some travel required approximately 5% of the time to LRS locations, marketing events, photo shoots, off-site events, etc.
