JOB SUMMARY:

The Food Production Associate - Basket Room is responsible for effectively performing all the required duties of the position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner while following all HACCP and GMP procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must follow all HACCP and GMP procedures.
• Self-starter capable of working on their own with limited supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work in 30-degree temperatures for long periods of time.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and peel 20-30 pound logs of meat.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Must be able to push/pull a rolling rack of product that weighs over 1,000 pounds.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week and overtime if necessary
