About the Team

The Business Technology Go-To-Market QA team is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Test Automation Architect to define the test automation strategy, develop the automation roadmap, and provide technical leadership in implementing automation for our Salesforce ecosystem and Adobe Experience Manager application using Tricentis tools. The team is on a mssion to improve automation coverage aimed at improving QA efficiency and ensuring high-quality releases of Go-To-Market applications. This role will implement best practices, develop reusable components, utilities, and tools within the automation architecture for Automation engineers to leverage. The Test Automation Architect will collaborate closely with QA Automation, Functional test engineers and Business Technology teams, in implementing the test automation initiatives.

About the Role

• Devise test automation strategy, develop the automation roadmap for Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager applications.

• Design and develop robust test automation architecture using Tricentis Tosca automation tool and qTest tool.

• Implement standard methodologies into the automation architecture so that the automaton is highly stable, discovers defects, requires low maintenance and runs swiftly and selectively.

• Lead the implementation of test automation strategies, developing of RTBs (Reusable Test Blocks), utilities, tools and custom objects that will be maximised by the automation teams.

• Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance and be the technical point of contact to other team members on automation-related aspects and solving issues.

• Collaborate closely with development and quality engineering teams to ensure integrity and effectiveness of automated tests and to achieve comprehensive automation coverage.

• Build robust test automation suites and integrate them into the DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines collaborating with the DevOps team.

• Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the organization.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA  test automation delivering large scale test automation initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience as test automation architect building automation using Tosca and qTest for Salesforce.

• Certification as Test automation architect for Tricentis Tosca.

• 5+ Experience with AWS cloud and its services EC2, S3, RDS, network management.

• 5+ years experience in Object-Oriented Programming and in C# or Java.

• 2+ years experience DevSecOps experience, integrating automated tests into CI/CD Pipelines.

• 5+ years of experience with developing Test cases, RTBs, Custom Objects using Tosca. Setting up of DEX agents, scheduling test runs, generation of test results reports.

 
Other Qualifications

• Experience with functional, end to end test automation, testing planning, test execution, UAT and regression.

• Experience with OAuth, Single-Sign-On, JSON and XML.

• Proficient with Tosca features such as TDM, SOQL, qTest-Tosca Integration.

• Experience in testing REST Web Services and Postman.

• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer).
