Job Summary:
Support all administrative and payroll operations of the Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School, including but not limited to all instructor onboarding, offboarding, payroll entry, data entry, tracking, and reporting operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for instructor payroll and handling any payroll corrections or problems and facilitate audit.
- Administrative support for the Ski and Snowboard School managerial staff including, but not limited to data entry, correspondence and reports.
- Serve as departmental resource for payroll, benefits, human resources, reports and general questions
- Assist with departmental Onboarding and Offboarding process.
- Support Training department with reporting, tracking, and scheduling.
- Assist as needed in various aspects of Ski School operations – this may include working with guests, children, or at times working outdoors (operating surface lifts, scanning, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1 + year office and administrative/clerical experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Provide top-tier guest connections and service
- Ability to work independently for extended periods of time.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities with accuracy, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Fluent English Language skills
Preferred:
- College degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of V/BC Ski & Snowboard School operations
- Prior Vail Resorts experience
- Working knowledge of company systems— EpicEmployee, PeopleSoft, ProConnect
