​Get to Know the Opportunity:

Voya Wealth business is looking to find a delivery lead of IT professionals that will lead a small cross functional team that will include delivery managers, business analysts, developers, and QA analysts. The manager will lead managers and senior individual contributors and be directly responsible for results produced by the team/group/sub-unit managed. The team will also consist of some offshore IT resources.
The Contributions You'll Make:

• You will supervise IT project teams and/or service units with specialists to ensure results meet customer expectations and adhere to internal IT standards, methodologies, and strategies.
• You will troubleshoot special problems and lead performance improvement efforts based on a solid understanding of the technical concepts, methods, and practices applied by reporting staff.
• You will collaborates with team, IT colleagues, IT leadership, business colleagues, senior business leaders and occasionally external clients to identify customer requirements, assess impacts to other data, systems, products or services, compare costs and benefits, consider available technologies and processes and recommends solutions.
• This role includes monitoring and reporting to IT management and user/customer management the status of multiple, concurrent project and/or service efforts.
• You will develop and manage business plan(s) and budget(s) for functional area; identifies resource needs and develops supporting justifications for them; responsible for the overall success unit managed.
• Your ability to delivery on large programs with multiple work streams using strong project management skills will be required
• Your will monitor IT project financials and IT resource demand and capacity
• You will present to leadership at steering and advisory-level meetings
• Experience interacting and communicating status to external clients

​Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a directly related field
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT in an applications development environment
• Demonstrated success in project management and execution with involvement in multiple major projects or a sustained record of success delivering complex IT services to a diverse clientele.
• Financial Services experience
• Experience or knowledge of Retirement systems
• Knowledge of OMNI software desired

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
