You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases. You'll also facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day management of the functional ServiceNow designers and change management team</li> <li>Lead Requirement activities</li> <li>Lead the functional design activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow implementations</li> <li>Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress</li> <li>Experience leading a small team of business analysts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience developing AGILE user stories</li> <li>Writing functional test scripts</li> <li>ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraph</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="
