Job Description

The Global ERP Business Analyst is a critical role in our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated to participate in driving the organization’s global ERP initiatives and to develop and promote process standardization throughout the enterprise.

We are looking for an individual who has the technical skills and intellectual capability to lead through this change and who has the drive and desire to grow with the business.

Primary Accountabilities:

The Global ERP Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, training, and supporting Epicor ERP across all Chromalloy sites. Using their knowledge of business best practices and Epicor ERP, they will be tasked with identifying business processes and offering ERP solutions. They will work with other analysts and business units to understand their processes and needs and translate those needs into system requirements and solutions. They will initiate, oversee, and support ongoing ERP related projects, working together with different organizational business units to optimize and enhance ERP processes. This role will have a focus on the customer solutions aspects of the ERP system. Experience in prior customer service roles is a must.

Daily activities include:

• Identify business challenges and design ERP solutions.
• Process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Training others on system use and best practices.
• Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements,
• Test system customizations and enhancements
• Create and maintain training and process documentation.
• Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving system and process issues.
• Work autonomously with Epicor ERP and other vendors to support unresolved issues or bugs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a customer service role.
• BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Epicor ERP experience or 8+ years of other ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, planning, project management, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
• Excellent customer service capabilities and attitude.
• Ability to work independently while interfacing with multiple departments.
• Must be able to travel around 25%.
