Connecticut Virtual Care Licensed Nurse

• Remotely review vital signs and EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our FDA-Cleared contactless patient remote monitoring system
• Document changes in patient condition
• Review patients’ charts to observe trends in vital signs data
• Communicate internally with clinicians to help define risk levels of patients
• Develop digital reports for clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Contribution to other mission-critical tasks and priorities as needed
• Open to Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities; remote work with potential onsite visits

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment completing multiple tasks--startup mentality.
• Experience working as an LPN or LVN
• Preferred experience working with EHR (e.g. PointClickCare)
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical decision support.
• Preferred experience using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Team spirit with a positive attitude.
• Ability to listen, comprehend, and process a variety of detailed information
• Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.
• Certified/Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in one or more of the following states: Michigan, Connecticut, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Compact, and California
