Senior Director, Product Management – Real-World Data

Clarivate Life Science & Healthcare is a leading healthcare data & analytics company dedicated to harnessing the power of real-world data (RWD) to improve patient outcomes, advance medical research, and drive healthcare innovation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Management for our Real-World Data division to lead our efforts in developing and delivering innovative solutions that leverage real-world data to transform healthcare.

As the Head of Product Management - Real World Data, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our RWD data platforms. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and commercial, to bring our real-world data solutions to market successfully. Your expertise will be essential in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of our RWD product portfolio.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in a related field- sciences, healthcare, technology
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership role within product management
• Strong understanding of real-world data, healthcare data, and healthcare industry trends.

Key areas as a focus on what you will be doing in this role…

• Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for our Real-World Data division, aligning it with the company's overall mission and goals.

• Roadmap Development: Create, own and maintain product roadmaps that outlines the short-term and long-term goals for the RWD product portfolio.

• Team Leadership: Build, develop and lead a high-performing product management team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the real-world data space.

• Customer Insights: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather customer feedback and insights, ensuring that our products meet market demands.

• Product Development: Work closely with engineering and data science teams to prioritize and oversee the development of RWD solutions, ensuring they align with the product strategy and roadmap.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans to successfully launch and promote RWD products.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of RWD products.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of RWD products, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Compliance: Ensure that RWD products adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.

This is a new core group within Life Sciences & Healthcare where you will build a team of product managers. At Clarivate, we are passionate about using Real-world data to make a meaningful impact on healthcare.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This position can be performed full remote or near any US office.
