We are building a modern way to deliver the data, tools and services that enable our clients to invest in the world’s largest asset class at scale. The Data and Systems Analyst will play a key role in as a subject matter expert in our ERP and data system. This position focuses on preparing, validating, and importing customer and resident data into our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the onboarding process. 

The Role:   This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Leverage Excel extensively to clean, restructure, and analyze datasets for system readiness.
• Review and transform data received from third parties—often in varied formats—into standardized CSV import files
• Conduct rigorous data validation and reconciliation against abstracted lease and resident ledger information.
• Apply and maintain Python/SQL scripts to automate portions of data comparison and transformation.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to meet project timelines and deliver a seamless client transition.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data onboarding, implementation, or related technical/operational roles.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleaning).
• Experience handling large datasets in varied formats (CSV, XLS, PDF).
• Familiarity with CSV imports into ERP or database systems.
• Exposure to Python (basic scripting for data cleaning or validation) strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail with a logical, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
