About the Role:
Contributes to the overall Market Access brand strategies and executes operating plans for assigned area. Responsible for developing branded and unbranded materials and messages, to be delivered by and to support patient services team. Materials may include program development for use in pharmacy, Patient Services Organizations, and other entities focused on delivery of medicines and programming to patients. May also be responsible for development of adherence programming, and analytics to support patient care._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Develops branded and unbranded promotional messages, tools, and programs focused on pharmacy delivery and fulfilment
May design and develop programming for use by our pharmacy distribution customers
Serves as the primary interface with Market Access agency for patient service
Develops and manages annual project and budget plan
Provides respective field team support and training -- National Account Directors (NAD), Regional Patient Access Mangers (RPAM), Field Sales Team
Serves as the internal advocate for field sales leadership and the RPAM/CAM field team. Develops and executes Plan of Action (POA) materials
Works with Associate Director, to develop supporting materials for use in patient experience and pharmacy distribution
Responsible for facilitating Medical, Legal, Regulatory compliance review of promotional material
Develops and leads projects in alignment with company goals and objectives
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Payer Marketing, Medical, Patient Services, Market Research and other members of the organization to ensure seamless alignment
Works closely with field sales, Regional Patient Access Managers to set strategy, and execution plan

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 6+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience with a focus on sales results in pharmaceutical marketing and key account sales, including 2+ years payer access and/or key account/market access/managed markets marketing experience. Strong training and education experience required. Pharmaceutical sales (1-2 years), Specialty product, Psychiatry/ Neurology therapeutic area, and/or Veeva Vault experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Be a self-starter and be able to take projects from strategy through to execution with high attention for detail coupled with innovative thinking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good leadership, mentoring skills and abilities typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams
