Shape the future of customer-engagement-experience through building a multichannel conversational inbox - making it easy for customers to manage multiple conversations across multiple channels effectively. The inbox is where our customers spend most of their time and we have exciting plans to uplift/transform it. Some of the things we will implement is

Role and Responsibilities
Develop, architect and scale the Inbox functions for SMB. Be part of a small cross functional team that sets its own objectives and goals with responsibility for every stage of product development life cycle from planning and design to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance, you build It you run it.
Your work will be focused around building critical functions that make up the core of the inbox services; The code you write will be used in different product lines. As a software engineer you will write code that has a high impact throughout the organization and it is paramount that it meets our level of excellence. You will work independently but in constantly communication with your team and other. You have an analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.
This is a 90% remote role! We expect you to go the office in Madrid for some workshops or important meetings.
Requirements
In order to contribute to this role, you have:
- Experience from frontend and/or backend development (or both)
- Around 4 years of experience using Java and/or Typescript.
- Track record working with full stack development in a professional or open-source setting.
- Experience with micro services.
- Experience with event streaming or queuing systems like Kafka, Rabbitmq or similar.
- Fluency in English

- Experience in building SaaS systems
- Experience building event based systems.
- Experience with Micro-frontend architectures.
- Experience with functional and performance test automation
- Experience from working in a multinational environment.
- Experience working in independent autonomous teams.
