As Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Execution you will be responsible for amplifying Lucid Motors’ tight bond with existing owners, investors, and enthusiasts while expanding awareness among Lucid’s diverse total addressable market across strategic social platforms and channels, producing social-first content to deliver optimized assets across all social properties.

You Will:
- Benchmark Lucid’s social presence to develop a roadmap harmonizing Lucid’s strategic goals with social’s unique strengths. Reporting progress to KPI’s on a campaign, weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute an omni-channel Social Strategy, consisting of at least but not limited to:
- -Aligning internally among Marketing, Public Relations, and other subject matter experts such as Infotainment, posting to all channels as planned once approved by CEO and/or all approvers.
- -Amplifying the close relationship Lucid has with our customers and our customers have with their Lucids and other owners.
- -Amplifying and differentiating the evidence of Lucids’ mission, design and engineering excellence in a way that is tenable and relatable to the audience.
- -Extending Lucid’s differentiating accolades, owner advocacy and influencer advocacy to the audience (including a key Strategic influencer agency).
- -Managing and developing our diverse Social Community.
- -Promoting, monitoring, and curating of Paid Social, including comment moderation as needed.
- -Communicating with key stakeholders, and monitoring KPIs, to understand where paid amplification would drive metrics.
- Plan, implement and maintain the social media editorial calendar for campaigns and projects for Lucid, through innovative and targeted tactics.
- Own content approvals, scheduling, posting, analytics, engagement (responding and deleting comments), and reporting on content performance.
- Manage all social platforms through community management engagement tactics. Provide factual information across platforms to correct mis-information.
- Create, socialize with stakeholders, and maintain social media design, posting and content guidelines and best practices, specific to Lucid properties.
- Stay up to date on best practices and industry trends including paid advertising, social platform updates and social engagement tactics, to inform Lucid’s go to market social strategy.
- Manage the social agency and partner with Brand to develop the following:
- Strategy - Develop the monthly and quarterly strategy, which ladders to overall Marketing Strategy (Public Relations, Experiential, and Product Marketing business strategy).
- Creative Direction - Determine the look and feel across all channels, you will be supported by the Brand team, including Creative, Copy and production professionals.
- Creative Production - Write copy, design layouts, shoot and edit content for all channels.
- You should be able to write, stitch together content and post content.
- Become part of an enthusiastic, high-achieving Marketing group which places great importance on inquisitiveness and an optimistic outlook.
You Bring:
- 10+ years of as Leader of Corporate or Brand-Level Social Media experience (vital)
- Proficiency with social media native platforms (including back-end analytics and ad platforms, i.e., Facebook’s Business Manager, AdTech) and third-party marketing software
- Passion for a fast-paced, always on, high growth environment
- Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations
- Proven track record of taking initiative to suggest and implement innovative ideas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to relentlessly prioritize and align stakeholders. Extreme attention to detail with a strong focus on Quality Assurance.
