Production Manager

Cesarin, based in Verona, realizes mostly candied and semi-candied fruit, jams, marmalades and stabilized plants.
Purpose of the position:Management of the programming and planning of all the activities related to the production processes, respect of the times and the warehouse stock, in collaboration with the plant manager and the corporate functions.The position foresees an initial support to the current production manager in view of a future handover.

• Weekly and daily production planning optimizing production capacities 
• Production management and monitoring of business KPIs 
• Support to projects of continuous improvement of production processes in view of Lean Production
• Management of the warehouse 
• Management of the work team
